I loved being a counselor, but with the transition to insurance I felt I had to leave what I loved behind. After switching professions I was having a difficult time aligning my values with what I thought my new industry was about, and I struggled to see what I had to offer in my new field.
Benu Creative worked with me to recognize that what I did bring to the field was genuine and authentic. I no longer saw myself as disconnected from what I was designed for, but was able to recognize how it marries well with what I’m currently doing. Working with them broadened my perspective of what I was really offering. Their brand discovery process allowed me to go to the core and go deeper beyond just selling a product, giving me a second chance to do what I love–which is meeting people where they are at in life and guiding them through their struggles toward a resolution.
