Overview
Susan Arredondo began her journey as a mobile coffee shop with a mission–to demonstrate the comfort of Christ by providing an incredible cup of coffee and a place where people can feel a sense of relief from the world.
However, without a permanent location she struggled to tell her customers where to find her. Additionally, she needed the right message to let event coordinators know she was a great value add to their sponsored events.
We helped her develop the strategy to scale her book of clients and, as a result, scale her business. In the end, she was able to land a permanent brick and mortar location.

We started out as a mobile coffee shop and I had this little vision of what I wanted it to be, but felt I didn’t have a lot of direction on how to get there. I was unsure of how to implement all my ideas and how to expand them in a way I hadn’t thought of.
Benu Creative took that little vision and brought it to life into something bigger that became the brand of my business. They took my words and the feel I wanted to provide and developed a strategy that made it a reality.
